🎯 Your mission
Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the design, administration and optimization of complex and resilient GIS architectures.
In connection with the technical and functional teams, you:
Participate in the definition of scalable, secure and efficient GIS architectures
Manage and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, ArcGIS Server) and ArcGIS Online
ArcGIS Portal settings: optimization and administration, user and group management, service publication strategy, configuration of thematic portals
Performance and security audit reports for each phase of the project (load, stability, latency, resilience and vulnerability exposure area). Concrete recommendations for improvement and a prioritized action plan
Critical context user manual: guides for end users operating in emergency situations or service continuity (use cases, procedures, best practices, alert messages).
Compliance with IT security standards (ISO 27001), data protection (GDPR) and the recommendations of the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB)
What you bring
In-depth knowledge of the specific constraints of critical systems: high availability requirements, security, offline operation, service continuity
Demonstrated expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise administration (Portal, ArcGIS Server), ArcGIS Online, and GIS web services
Ability to define a robust, scalable and secure GIS architecture
Experience in GIS project management in the public sector or in a sensitive environment
Recommended certifications: Esri Enterprise Administration Professional, Esri ArcGIS Online Administration Specialty
Mastery of INSPIRE standards, ISO 19115, ISO 27001, and GDPR best practices
