Safety & Health Coordinator
SECO is seeking a "Safety & Health" Coordinator specializing in structural work, finishing work, and building maintenance for a major client in the construction sector.
This assignment is for a minimum duration of 2 years (full-time or part-time).
Main Responsibilities:
As an Engineer or Architect with specialized expertise, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating safety and health measures (Level A) on various construction sites, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety-health plans and prevention plans on sites and maintenance projects.
Providing technical advice to teams and partners regarding safety and health on construction sites.
Identifying and assessing risks related to maintenance activities and proposing appropriate solutions.
Collaborating with project owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conducting training sessions and raising awareness among teams on safety and prevention topics.
Your Profile:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering-Architecture.
At least 10 years of experience in safety management applied to construction and/or maintenance work.
Certification as a Safety and Health Coordinator – Level A.
Qualification as a Prevention Advisor – Level 1.
Deep knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction sector.
Excellent command of French, with intermediate knowledge of English and/or Dutch.
Strong proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
