SECO Belgium develops and manages quality frameworks within its certification department (BCCA) that aim to ensure the high-quality implementation of energy-saving measures in construction, such as retrofitting insulation in buildings, external insulation of facades, ventilation, airtightness, etc.
We are looking for a Technical-Administrative Coordinator (temporary with the option of permanent employment possible)
to support the inspection management for quality frameworks.
Your tasks:
· Managing the helpdesk (approximately 6 contacts per day) and providing first-line problem solving for our customers (via email and telephone) for approximately three projects. (Academy (online & office training); This concerns projects relating to quality frameworks (problem solving during live measurements on site by professionals)...
· Participating in setting up structural solutions as part of a team
· Supporting our inspectors and coordinating the logistics of their assignments
· Accurate follow-up of inspection reports and associated findings
· Handling communication with inspectors, contractors and private individuals
· Checking file data in our database and improving its use
· General administration (correspondence, contracts, accreditations, regulations, etc.), monitoring invoicing and payments
Your profile:
· Ability to work accurately and methodically
· A flair for organisation and systematic follow-up of technical files
· Good communication skills with customers, both verbal and written
· Proficient user in Dutch with good command of French and English
· Minimum secondary education (preferably mathematics and/or sciences)
· Additional education (graduate, bachelor's, master's) is an advantage
· Minimum of several years of work experience or mature enough to perform this job independently under supervision
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, use of databases, communication tools, etc.)
