Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Thailand and is therefore looking for a dynamic and experienced Communication & Customer Service Lead. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project, where people, culture, and creativity come together to create unforgettable experiences.


As the Communication & Customer Service Lead you ensure that all practical information for festival visitors is clear, timely, and aligned with the Tomorrowland experience. You manage communication flows across websites, mailings, and customer service, always thinking from the visitor’s perspective.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage practical info on the website, in mailings, and the Tomorrowland Account.

  • Develop strategies for guest communication and customer journey.

  • Ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.

  • Monitor and improve customer service quality.

 


MUST-HAVES:

  • You communicate clearly, strategically, and always with a strong focus on the guest experience. You are also striving for transparent, internal communication to and with different departments within the company.

  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

  • You turn plans into action with precision, care, and attention to detail.

  • You are committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of the festival visitor experience.

  • You are fluent in Thai and English.

  • You have international experience in Asia.

  • You had an education where communication and/or project management was a focus.

  • You have 5 years experience in a communication or project management function.

  • Experience with website backoffices and/or mailings tools is a plus.
