As we expand into Asia, with a hub in Thailand, we are looking for a motivated Crew Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of crew operations in a new market and to help shape the backbone of unforgettable festival experiences.

As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth crew operations, from planning and recruitment to on-site coordination. You will act as the central point of contact for crew members, suppliers, and internal teams, making sure everything runs seamlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Crew Lead in the daily coordination, documentation, and execution of all Crew-related logistics and operations. 

• Support the Crew Lead in managing catering, accreditation, and uniforms, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of all related processes. 

• Oversee supplier contracts and coordinate temporary housing for international crew accommodations. 

• Coordinate the distribution of operational guidelines and ensure alignment across internal staff, local contractors, and international teams. 

• Assist in the preparation of crew documentation, manuals, and training materials, adapting existing templates from other Tomorrowland festivals. 

• Ensure a smooth information flow between all department, concerning labor safety, visa issuance, and compliance with Thai regulations. 

• Monitor and support all crew-related services, including accommodation, office setup, training, communication, welfare logistics, and more.  

MUST-HAVES:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• A proactive mindset: you anticipate needs and turn challenges into solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Thai.

• Experience with Excel, online platforms, and project planning tools.

• Eye for detail and a structured way of working, ensuring accuracy in every step.
