How will you contribute?

As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that will shape the project’s success:

·          Platform design: you will collaborate on defining the platform’s scope and mapping out the crucial data sources that will drive the analysis.

·          Data pipeline development: you will develop an AI-driven data pipeline to extract actionable intelligence, identify recurring patterns, and detect emerging threats from diverse data sources.

·          Simulation module development: you will design and build a simulation module to model and quantify physical damage by capturing system interdependencies and simulating cascading failures.

·          Integration and prototyping: you will be responsible for integrating the various project modules into a unified platform prototype, including an intuitive visualisation module.

·          Quality assurance: you will conduct rigorous integration testing to ensure the platform is functional, reliable, and robust.

Education

·          PhD in Computer Science with a focus on AI and/or cybersecurity

Experience and skills

·          1-2 years of post-PhD research and engineering experience

·          Excellent knowledge in information security, particularly in risk management

·          Solid knowledge in applying machine learning and natural language processing techniques for cybersecurity

·          Excellent programming skills in languages like Python, C, C++, or Java

·          A proven ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team

·          The capacity to conduct research autonomously

Language skills

·          Fluency in English (both oral and written). Other relevant languages are considered to be an asset.
