Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Thailand and is therefore looking for a dynamic and experienced F&B Production Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project, where people, culture, and creativity come together to create unforgettable experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development of the production sitemap for F&B in close collaboration with all departments.

• Managing the F&B master file.

• Responsible for the setup and breakdown plan for all F&B productions (F&B warehouse, TML & DV festival, and possibly other external locations).

• Identifying and implementing production innovations.

• Ensures proper coordination in collaboration with a strong production team during the events.

• You continue to build a large network of suppliers, request quotations, and conduct comparative studies.

• Administrative handling of files and justification of costs to the budget owner(s).

• During events, you contribute to and are responsible for the complete preparation and closure of the F&B event manual.

• Applies a hands-on, practical approach to solving problems.

• Demonstrates initiative and a strong drive for improvement.

• Speaks fluent English and Thai.
