skeeled is a recruitment tech company that has been helping businesses simplify and digitalise their hiring processes since 2014. Thanks to our ATS, we enable our clients to work more efficiently and focus on what truly matters: hiring the best talent.

🎯 Your role:

As an Events & Client Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, organising and coordinating events that bring value to our clients and prospects. From workshops and training sessions to breakfast meetings and larger networking events, you will ensure a smooth organisation and create memorable experiences that strengthen skeeled’s presence in the market. Your role will also focus on driving customer engagement and building an active community around skeeled. Through meaningful interactions and innovative event formats, you will foster stronger relationships with our clients, encourage knowledge sharing and create opportunities for collaboration within our ecosystem.

🚀 What you’ll do:

  • Begin by planning and organising workshops, training sessions, breakfasts, conferences and client events

  • Identify, invite and coordinate speakers, experts and partners

  • Manage all event logistics (venues, catering, equipment, schedules, welcome desk)

  • Prepare and send invitations and event communications (emails, reminders, follow-ups)

  • Represent skeeled at external events and develop client & partner relationships

  • Soon after, also conduct and facilitate selected workshops or sessions to actively engage participants

  • Bring new ideas and inspiration to make our events stand out

  • Monitor event outcomes and suggest improvements for future editions

  • Create engaging event-related content (e.g. LinkedIn posts, Instagram stories, recaps) to maximise visibility and impact

⭐ What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational and project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Creativity, proactivity and a hands-on approach

  • Fluency in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is a strong asset)

  • A first solid experience in event organisation or project coordination

💙 Why you’ll love working with us:

  • You’ll work in modern offices just 5 minutes from Differdange station

  • You’ll be part of a small, passionate and dynamic team

  • You’ll benefit from 1 day of remote work per week (depending on your country of residence and within the allowed limit)

  • You’ll contribute to visible, diverse and exciting projects across skeeled

  • You’ll grow in a fast-paced and inspiring environment
