SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and highly autonomous Executive Officer to serve as a key partner to our CEO, Olivier Guillon.
This critical role is the linchpin for executing the CEO's strategic agenda, ensuring operational continuity and driving key initiatives forward within a leading European Research and Technology Organization. You will act as a trusted advisor and central coordinator, liaising between the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and external partners to maintain momentum and guarantee execution excellence across the organization.
GENERAL ROLES
Drive strategic execution: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and the organization to track key initiatives, ensure decisions are implemented efficiently, and facilitate clear communication across all departments.
Enable high-level decision-making: Prepare and distil complex information into high-impact presentations, briefing materials, and clear insights for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor: Conduct research and analysis on strategic and organizational topics, providing well-founded recommendations and identifying potential risks and opportunities for the CEO.
Facilitate key Governance and communication: Attend strategic meetings, ensuring key decisions and action items are accurately captured, communicated, and tracked (minutes, etc.). Manage the flow of information between the CEO's office, internal departments, and external partners.
Build and maintain key relationships: Cultivate and manage strong, trust-based relationships across the organization and with key external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and governmental bodies, to advance LIST's objectives.

Required qualifications
· A PhD degree in any field relevant to LIST activities or in business administration.
· Demonstrated experience supporting C-level leadership within a complex, international environment.
· Outstanding professional fluency in both English and French.
Preferred qualifications
· Prior experience in an RDI or RTO setting is highly valued.
· Familiarity with LIST’s activities, organizational structure, processes, policies, and partnering ecosystem.
· Fluency in Luxemburgish is a strong asset.
