To lead and coordinate our marketing and communication efforts across the Benelux we are currently looking for a strategic and hands-on
Group Marketing Manager
You will primarily work in Belgium, but you will also regularly be present at our offices in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with our business goals and ambitions, regulatory standards, and ESG commitments.
Build and maintain relationships with financial and business media, acting as a spokesperson when needed and ensuring consistent brand representation.
Collaborate with regional team leaders to co-create localized marketing plans that reflect market dynamics and client needs.
Manage digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning across web, social media, and CRM platforms.
Coordinate and oversee organization of all events and communication, including collaboration with external agencies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Track marketing performance and manage budgets effectively.
Experience and education
Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in marketing, media relations and event management
Preferably within the financial sector, with a strong understanding of the Benelux market and regulatory landscape.
Master degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (or Bachelor degree complemented by relevant experience);
Additional training or certifications in digital marketing, data analysis, or strategic communications can be a significant asset.
Experience in a leadership position within marketing teams, responsible for strategic decisions and team management.
Skills
Ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with (internal) stakeholders, collaborating closely with our business development team, asset management department and compliance team to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex financial information into understandable marketing messages. Dutch/French/English.
Capable of managing cross-company projects, multi-channel campaigns and press contacts.
Analytical mindset and skills with experience in marketing performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools), able to conduct competitive analyses, and interpret marketing results.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, artificial intelligence, social media marketing.
Willingness to explore and implement new marketing technologies and strategies.
