Role description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide part-time support to our CEO. This position requires someone who can operate with discretion, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will be available during West Coast or Central Standard Time USA working hours and experienced in supporting senior executives remotely.
Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s correspondence and calendar (prioritizing emails, calls, time management, arranging and coordinating meetings (virtual and in person), planning international trips, and expense management)
Prepare executive decks and presentations, incl. research when applicable
Take minutes of key meetings, monitor and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Provide support to the team for travel arrangements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives (preferably CEOs or Founders).
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office: familiarity with Teams, Outlook and similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing priorities.
Availability during West Coast USA working hours is required.
