Foreman - Logistics (m/f/d)

Position overview

The Logistics Foreman oversees warehouse logistics and internal transport operations, ensuring efficient material flow, minimal inventory, and full adherence to safety and quality standards. You’ll lead and develop your team while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and performance.

Your tasks:

Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on safety and accuracy
Enforce safety rules and escalate violations as needed
Monitor and ensure compliance with all quality standards
Meet production delivery deadlines and adapt to schedule changes
Improve productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Train, schedule, and manage team performance and attendance
Identify and reduce unnecessary energy consumption

Your profile:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teams
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience optimizing materials flow and production support processes
