As Tomorrowland expands into Thailand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will oversee all food and beverage experiences across the Tomorrowland Thailand ecosystem. From logistics and hygiene to concept and atmosphere, you ensure that every culinary touchpoint reinforces the Tomorrowland brand and supports smooth event operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and manage the overall F&B strategy and operations for the festival.
Coordinate with vendors, chefs, and service teams to deliver high-quality offerings.
Ensure excellence in food quality, hygiene standards, and guest flow.
Align all F&B activities with sustainability goals and regulatory compliance.
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve the F&B experience.
Innovate in culinary storytelling and experience design to surprise and delight guests.
MUST-HAVES
You possess deep insight into large-scale food service operations and industry trends, allowing you to design and manage complex culinary experiences with confidence.
You consistently monitor and maintain high standards across all food and beverage offerings, ensuring excellence in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
You are highly skilled in structuring operational flows to maximize efficiency and speed, from vendor coordination to on-site service delivery.
You have a proven ability to collaborate with reliable and creative partners, building strong relationships that support smooth operations and innovation.
You translate the Tomorrowland brand into unique and immersive food experiences, using storytelling and design to surprise and delight guests.
You are committed to reducing waste and implementing eco-friendly practices throughout the food and beverage ecosystem.
You take full ownership of your responsibilities and deliver results with precision, even under pressure.
You are fluent in English and Thai.
