Main mission
Join our People & Culture team, a group of six passionate professionals split across three key areas: Talent, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
You’ll primarily support our Compensation & Benefits team, making sure our HR administration and payroll processes run smoothly. And because we want you to get a full picture of the HR world, you’ll also collaborate with our Talent and Learning teams.
Main responsibilities
Working closely with your supervisor, you will:
· Support the Compensation & Benefits team with daily HR tasks: time management (all types of leave), employee data updates, onboarding and offboarding processes, personal file maintenance, folder creation, trackers, HR documents and presentations.
· Assist with the preparation of reports and HR-related analyses.
· Help the Learning team with training administration, including planning training programs and preparing the INFPC report.
· Work with the Talent team to organize our participation in recruitment fairs and contribute to the onboarding experience.
· Dive into the HR world within the financial sector and build a solid understanding of the profession.
Main requirements
· Be a student in a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences;
· Looking for a 6-months internship;
· First internship within a HR department in Luxembourg is considered an asset;
· Basic knowledge of Luxembourg Labor Law and of Social Security Law is considered an advantage;
· Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus);
· Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g.: Outlook, Word, Excel);
· Excellent analytical, confidentiality, organisational, and multitasking skills;
· Proactivity, curiosity, dynamism, autonomous and detail-oriented.
