Your role:
As a Business & Process Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of SECO. You will be responsible for analysing, designing and optimising business processes and information architecture, with the aim of creating a more efficient, standardised, customer-focused and future-proof organisation.
You will work closely with management, the quality manager and the various business units and IT to seamlessly align processes, data flows and systems. Your expertise will contribute to the realisation of our strategic goals, including digitisation, quality improvement and operational efficiency.
Jour responsabilities:
Process (Process architecture & Optimalisation)
Analysing, modelling and documenting existing business processes and end-to-end value chains.
Developing future-oriented process architecture based on standardisation, scalability and efficiency.
Optimising process flows and identifying areas for improvement using Lean management techniques.
Defining process governance, decision-making models and guidelines for consistent use of processes.
Organisation (Organisation architecture & Governance)
Designing target organisations, role allocations and governance appropriate to processes and strategies.
Describing and optimising roles, responsibilities, teams and organisational structure.
Guiding and advising management during transitions to new organisations.
Paying attention to organisational impact, change requirements and improvement initiatives.
Providing support for change management and guiding teams in new working methods.
Developing and maintaining organisational and capability maps for a shared understanding of responsibilities within SECO..
Value (Value creation & Business Model)
Designing target organisations, role allocations and governance appropriate to processes and strategies.
Translating strategic objectives into clear value propositions and business models for SECO.
Monitoring how processes, systems and organisation contribute to creating and delivering value to the customer.
Guiding new opportunities for value creation and innovation in collaboration with business units.
Information (Information & Datamodelling)
Defining the information needs that support processes, applications and business activities.
Identifying data requirements and information flows between systems and teams as the basis for a new data structure and defining the insights we wish to obtain.
Collaborating with IT and data experts to make data consistent, accessible and meaningful.
Advising on information and data standards to support digitisation and process improvement.
Overarching (Architecture & Change)
Developing an integrated architecture framework that connects Value, Process, Organisation and Information.
Advising senior management and management on architecture choices, priorities and transformation roadmaps.
Monitoring and rolling out standards, guidelines and best practices within business and process architecture.
Your profile :
Training & Certification
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent through experience.
Knowledge of process modelling techniques (BPMN, UML) and enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF).
Certifications in change management or Lean Management are an advantage
Professional Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Architect, Process Architect or in a similar role.
Experience in leading process optimisation and digitisation projects.
Demonstrable experience in aligning business and IT architecture within a complex organisation.
Experience in guiding change management initiatives and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of process modelling, enterprise architecture and Lean Management.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational processes and architecture.
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in drawing up standards, governance structures and reports.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and knowledge of French.
