Founded in 1988, Luxembourg Air Rescue is today the largest A.s.b.l. in Luxembourg with over 180,000 members. A team of over 190 highly qualified staff, six rescue helicopters, and five air ambulances enable us to save lives day in and day out. Social Media content creator (m/f)

permanent position- 40h/week

Your Mission

As a member of our marketing team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Independent management and creative development of our digital channels, including the creation of target-group-oriented content (text, image, video) and the development of new formats, stories, and concepts.

• Monitoring and optimizing social media activities to increase reach, interactions, followers and members.

• Designing graphics, visuals, and marketing materials while ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence.

• Conceptualization, production, and post-editing of photo and video content of our missions, bases, and events — from creative idea to finished material.

• Planning and independently implementing your own projects, from idea to publication, as well as contributing to marketing campaigns.

• Close collaboration internally and externally.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, media design, graphic design, or a comparable qualification.

• 2–5 years of marketing experience in content creation and graphic design, preferably with agency background. Ideally, experience in photography and/or video production.

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

• Good knowledge of common Office applications.

• Confident written and spoken communication in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.

• You value dynamic work environments, think analytically, and have a keen eye for improvements and creative optimizations.

• Strong sense for current trends, cross-media storytelling, and visual communication.

• Enthusiasm for medicine and/or aviation, ability to work independently, and a high level of initiative.
