Boloria is a newly founded Antwerp-based fashion house, with Belgian designer Olivier Theyskens serving as creative director. Rooted in sensitivity, integrity, and emotional depth, the brand embodies a timeless and evocative aesthetic. Boloria is part of WEAREONE.world and is currently preparing for the launch of its first collection in 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
As an E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator, you play a key role in shaping Boloria’s digital presence. You support daily marketing operations, manage online content, optimize the webshop, and ensure smooth communication with our community, customers, and partners.
Your key responsibilities include:
Contributing to the content plan and scheduling and publishing posts on social media.
Community management: responding, following up, and interacting with our online community.
Creating, designing, and sending email campaigns and newsletters.
Adding new products to the website, including photos, descriptions, and product details.
Keeping the website up to date and managing visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and consistent online shop.
Executing website optimizations, including UX improvements, SEO basics, and conversion-focused enhancements.
Creating marketing and website performance reports (e.g., GA4, mailing results, social insights).
Coordinating with the warehouse regarding stock, deliveries, shipping, and returns.
Answering customer inquiries via email in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Coordinating product photography and visual assets, including light editing in Photoshop.
Assisting with photoshoots, events, shows, and pop-ups—both during preparation and on-site.
Your Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, fashion, or proven relevant experience.
Affinity with high-end fashion and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Experience with e-commerce and ERP systems (Shopify, Joor, It’s Perfect, …).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
Highly organized, accurate, and proactive.
Able to work independently, maintain oversight, and set priorities.
Bonus skills: experience with Photoshop, email marketing platforms, GA4, SEO, and social media planning tools.
