🌟 Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of our marketing and brand strategy for the Gio Hospitality branch. This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of Hotel Development, and responsible for building a cohesive yet distinct brand architecture across diverse hotel and residence categories, driving commercial performance, and establishing a strong national and international market presence.
The successful candidate will be both a strategist and a pragmatic implementer — a hands-on leader, a compelling storyteller, and an expert in leveraging digital platforms and data-driven insights to achieve brand and commercial goals. She/He will also bring extensive international experience within a business serving a substantial non-domestic customer base.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :
Brand Development Strategy (Complex Brand Building) :
Design and implement a cohesive brand development strategy that clearly differentiates and unites the following categories:
o 3*/4* Business Hotels ;
o 5* Luxury Hotels & Residences (with a core wellness focus) ;
o Serviced Apartments.Define the unique value propositions, tone of voice, visual identities, and guest experience for each brand segment.
Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all guest touchpoints, both physical and digital.
Strategic Positioning & Commercial Strategy :
Develop strategies and implementation plans to define the positioning of each offer, maximizing visibility and revenue in the Luxembourg market and key international source markets.
Work closely with Commercial, Revenue, and Sales teams to drive bookings, increase Average Daily Rate (ADR), and maximize Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Oversee PR, Communications, and Media Relations to enhance brand reputation and global media exposure.
Data-Driven Marketing & Commercial Insight :
Establish a robust data analysis framework and tools to measure marketing performance, including market research, competitive analysis, and guest segmentation.
Identify key commercial insights to inform marketing strategies, pricing, and product development.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum commercial impact and efficiency.
Digital & Technology Mastery :
Lead the strategy for all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media (paid and organic), CRM, and Email Marketing.
Oversee the development and user experience (UX) of all brand websites and digital platforms.Evaluate and implement the latest marketing technology and tools to enhance guest personalization and operational efficiency.
Employer Branding :
Collaborate with Group HR on Employer Branding topics.
Leadership & Team Development :
Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing in-house marketing team and manage external agency relationships.
Act as a thought leader and brand champion internally and externally.
💼 Qualifications & Skills :
Essential Requirements :
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including significant time in a senior leadership role within the Hospitality, Luxury Goods, or Multi-Brand Consumer sectors.
Proven track record in building, launching, and managing complex, multi-category brand portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of the hospitality commercial landscape (Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales).
Fluent English required, with professional proficiency in French and/or German essential for market communication.
Soft Skills: Creative, forward-thinking, excellent storyteller, and strong communicator/influencer.
Desirable Qualifications :
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or similar qualification in Brand Management, Strategy, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
Significant experience in an international, multi-brand hotel group or within a highly successful luxury hotel/residence operation.
