We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner under a permanent contract.
Missions of the role
Functional Team activities managing
- Release deployment process (in coordination with Tech Lead and/or Release Manager)
- Release package readiness (QA approvals, Forums approvals)
- Organize time ratio between business request technical requests and Level 3 Support requests
- IT meeting reporting in coordination with Tech Lead
- Organize internal demos sessions
- Communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap. Align stakeholders around the product strategy and ensure it supports business objectives.
- Elaborate, update and prioritize the product roadmap with take in consideration business objectives, users’ needs and technical constraints. Ensure alignment between product strategy and business objectives.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, up-to-date, and reflects business priorities. Refine user stories and acceptance criteria with the technical team. In collaboration with the Tech Lead, prioritize technical topics and bug fixes.
- Work closely with business leaders, customers, and end-users to gather requirements, validate ideas, and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
- Propose innovative solutions to meet user needs and business challenges.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). Ensure the team understands and delivers on the product goals for each sprint.
- Coordinate with the development team and stakeholders to plan product releases. Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities
- Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform future iterations.
Responsibilities:
- Being able to handle business priorities and organize business part of the backlog
- Product vision management
- Up to date Product documentation set (Order forms, integration doc, etc.)
- Standard change management like features activation/deactivation (in collaboration with CSM and Service Center)
- Customer User Groups Contribution (with CSM)
- Manage client expectations. Ensure inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Care are taken into account:
- Translate business requests in structured business requirements (Business Analysis)
- Ensure all requirements are correctly represented in JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration tools

Required skills
Qualifications / diploma(s): Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of all aspects of IT projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Languages: French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset.
