To strengthen our Brussels team, we are currently looking for a Client Administration Officer.
Responsabilities
You will work closely with the sales, compliance and legal teams to ensure rigorous documentation, smooth customer onboarding and regulatory compliance across all processes.
Onboarding new customers:
o Verify customer identity and documents in accordance with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
o Research and analyse customer information to assess their risk level.
Manage the customer file lifecycle (onboarding, periodic reviews, closure).
Administrative management of customer files.
Monitoring customer data quality: Collect, verify and ensure that customer data (KYC) is kept up to date.
Implementing internal controls.
Ensuring that internal procedures are followed.
Identifying risks directly related to the activities of the department and the sector and reporting them to your manager.
Actively participating in the department's various projects.
Skills
You are familiar with Compliance knowledge (AML, KYC, etc...).
You are familiar with QI, CRS, Fatca, Mifid, GDPR, etc.
You have extensive experience in a similar role in the insurance or financial sector.
Your qualities include: rigour, organisation, communication and team spirit.
You have strong analytical skills: you are able to interpret and analyse complex information and write clear reports. You demonstrate a willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of situations and potential risks.
You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
