SECO Group is looking for a new Chief Infrastructure & Security within the IT team.
As Chief Infrastructure & Security within the SECO Group, you will hold a central role in ensuring the robustness, security, and performance of our technological ecosystem. You will lead infrastructure, networks, and the ERP strategy to support the growth of our engineering and inspection activities.
Your missions:
You will take leadership over all key IT operations:
Infrastructure & Networks: Ensure the availability and performance of environments (On-premise, Azure Cloud, Hybrid) and multisite networks.
Cybersecurity (Top Priority): Define and enforce the security policy (ISO 27001), manage audits and access rights, and ensure the protection of the Group’s sensitive data.
ERP Governance: Oversee the technical strategy and integration of our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to ensure business continuity.
Management: Lead, coach, and develop the skills of internal technical teams.
Partner Management: Manage relationships with external service providers, system integrators, and workplace hardware suppliers.
Your profile:
University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Significant experience (10+ years) in managing complex and secure infrastructures.
Proven expertise in Cybersecurity (governance, risk management, compliance).
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Azure, M365) and networks (Cisco/Fortinet).
Ability to define a strategic vision while remaining close to operational realities.
Natural leadership style, calm, and solution-oriented.
Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
