We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Mid-Level Marketing Officer – Content & Brand under a

permanent contract.


SUMMARY

In a context of strong growth, EUDI Wallet integration and brand consolidation (merging three brands into

one), we are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Officer to structure, lead, and scale our content strategy. This

role is critical to position the company as a leader in EUDI Wallet integration and a trusted expert in digital

sovereignty.


MISSIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Strategic content & Brand

- Define and execute a content strategy aligned with the company’s strategic priorities

- Lead the messaging strategy as part of the brand consolidation effort (3 brands → 1)

- Position the company as a leader in EUDI Wallet integration and a recognised expert in digital

sovereignty

- Develop key messages, narratives, and editorial angles as part of the brand strengthening initiative


  • Content production & Editorial calendar

- Brief and manage internal & external stakeholders for content

- Produce and coordinate content creation (articles, case studies videos, visuals, whitepapers…)

- Ensure quality, brand consistency, and strategic alignment across all produced content

- Define and manage the multi-channel editorial calendar


  • Events & PR

- Identify, in coordination with local teams, and select relevant events (conferences, trade shows,

webinars…)

- Organise and manage events from A to Z (planning, logistics, delivery, follow-up)

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success

- Manage media relations and press communications

- Develop and contribute to the intranet


  • Campaigns & Marketing projects

- Design, coordinate and implement LuxTrust marketing campaigns and projects

- Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, from planning through to execution

- Measure campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) and optimise actions

- Ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives


  • Product content & Enablement

- Develop product messaging and positioning for each solution

- Create product content (one-pagers, case studies, videos...)

- Produce sales enablement materials (presentations by solutions & geographies...)


  • Administrative support

  • Carrying out other duties as assigned


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR or related field

- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, corporate communications or similar

role

- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness and

engagement

- Demonstrable experience managing events (conferences, trade shows, webinars) from concept to

completion

- Experience working with external agencies (content, PR, creative, production)

- Strong portfolio of written content (articles, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies)


  • Core skills

- Content strategy & creation: ability to develop strategic narratives, key messages and compelling

content across formats

- Brand positioning: experience defining or evolving brand messaging, value propositions and

positioning frameworks

- Storytelling: exceptional ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with B2B audiences

- Editorial management: experience managing editorial calendars, content workflows and multiple

stakeholders

- Event management: end-to-end event coordination including planning, logistics, vendor management

and follow-up

- Stakeholder management: ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional teams (product, sales,

leadership)


  • Communication skills

- Exceptional writing: clear, compelling, persuasive writing across formats (long-form, short-form,

technical, creative)

- Strong verbal communication: confident presenting ideas, briefing agencies and representing the

brand

- French and English fluency a must; other languages a plus

- Editorial judgment: ability to maintain consistent tone of voice and adapt messaging for different

audiences

Media relations: experience with press releases, journalist briefings and media outreach

- Project management: organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects with competing
