The Business Relations Management (BRM) department at Luxinnovation provides ongoing support to organisations and research centres throughout their innovation journey. The team members identify business needs and connect them with relevant Luxinnovation services or other ecosystem players who can help them move forward.
The team is looking for one dynamic and motivated intern (m/f), who will actively participate in the daily support activities for companies as well as in the organisation of thematic events and workshops. We offer a 6-month full-time internship (starting in September 2026).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in creating the internal SharePoint page for the “National Business Relationship”.
Scope of work: Assist the team in setting up an internal page dedicated to communicating NBR activities.
Support in developing informative content on the strategic topics handled by the team.
Scope of work: Assist the team in creating clear communication materials to present the services and specific initiatives related to the various strategic topics (i.e., webinars, presentations, newsletters, flyers, etc.).
Collection, harmonization, and classification of success stories.
Scope of work: Assist the team in building a structured internal catalogue that facilitates the promotion of support typologies by company category and business sector.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business administration, innovation management, public policy, economics or information management, with a strong interest in innovation ecosystems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and French. Proficiency in German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
Organisation and coordination skills and ability to demonstrate a certain degree of autonomy.
Mastery of the Office suite (excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel is essential).
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
