We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Junior Creative Designer – Production Assistant under a

permanent contract.


SUMMARY

As part of our brand consolidation initiative (merging three brands into one master brand) and ongoing

marketing activities, we are looking for a junior creative designer & marketing production assistant to support

the creation of marketing assets and the rollout of our visual identity. This is an entry-level role, open to

candidates with a first professional experience, internships, or strong academic/personal projects, including

3D design and modeling applied to marketing and brand communication.


MISSIONS OF THE ROLE

  • Creative production & design

- Create and keep up to date marketing assets such as presentations, infographics, social media visuals,

one-pagers, and event materials.

- Support the creation of visuals for marketing and communication purposes (illustrations, product

visuals, event assets, concept visuals).

- Adapt and use existing templates and brand assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

- Support video production needs, including briefing, basic scripting, and simple editing when applicable

for animations, 3D motions or montages.

- Maintain and organise the digital asset library.

- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and visual standards.


  • Brand integration support

- Support the consolidation of three brands into one master brand from a visual and creative

perspective.

- Update existing marketing materials with the new brand identity.

- Help create and maintain brand templates, toolkits, and internal guidelines.

- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing deliverables during the brand transition.


  • Agency coordination

- Support the briefing and coordination of external creative agencies (design, content, video).

- Assist in reviewing and quality-checking agency-produced assets.

- Help track timelines, feedback, and deliverables for creative projects.

- Act as a support point for day-to-day creative production needs within the marketing team.


  • Event support

- Create and adapt event materials (presentations, banners, signage, visuals, goodies).

- Support event preparation, logistics, and material coordination.

- Assist with on-site event setup when needed.

- Organise and archive event-related assets after events.


  • Administrative & operational support

- Support administrative and organisational tasks related to creative production.

- Help track creative requests and maintain internal documentation.

- Assist the marketing team with ad hoc operational and coordination tasks.

  • Carrying out other duties as assigned


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Education & experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, digital

media, 3D design, or related field.

- Open to candidates with a first professional experience, including internships, apprenticeships,

freelance projects, professional retraining or strong academic projects in graphic design, marketing

design, or creative production.


  • Technical skills

- Solid foundations in graphic design and visual communication

- Good organisational skills and willingness to learn

- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva. 3D software (e.g. Blender,

Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar) an advantage.

- Basic experience in creating marketing and communication assets (presentations, social media visuals,

one-pagers, event materials, etc.).

- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, communication, or supporting creative agencies a plus.


  • Languages

- Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages a plus.
