We are looking for a recent graduate who is excited to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role is entry level and part-time and will support strategic HR initiatives while handling day to day people operations.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, time off tracking, document management, and offboarding
Help maintain accurate and up to date employee data in the HRIS
Help manage hiring administration processes such as contracts, documentation, HR system setup, and offer letter preparation
Assist with basic payroll or benefits documentation (e.g., collecting forms, verifying submissions)
Help maintain employee recognition records and celebrate milestones virtually
Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team
Recruitment & HR Projects
Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
Support HR projects such as culture initiatives, talent programs, and employee handbook updates
Support process improvement by creating templates, checklists, or guides for recurring HR tasks
Track and organize HR feedback surveys and summarize results for the team, when needed
Documentation & Communication
Assist in creating, organizing, and managing HR documents and templates, such as policies, forms, and reports
Assist with maintaining centralized digital HR knowledge, including FAQs, process guides, and various digital materials
Support record-keeping activities such as ensuring documents are complete, signed, and up to date
Coordinate internal HR communications, including announcements, event, and calendar invitations
Assist with scheduling and organizing HR meetings
Hours:
Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Requirements:
Fluent English is essential for this role
Recent graduate or final year student in HR, business, psychology, or a related field
No prior full time HR experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Comfortable using basic systems and tools, HR systems experience is a plus but not required
