SECO Group is looking for a new Chief Data & Technology Officer for our IT team.
As Chief Data & Technology Officer, you will join the SECO Group with a clear mandate: to turn our technological opportunities into business value. You will lead a dedicated team to integrate Artificial Intelligence and Data at the core of our construction and inspection operations.
Your missions:
You will be the driver of the group’s digital and entrepreneurial transformation:
Strategy & Vision: Define the innovation roadmap in direct alignment with the group’s growth objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 5–6 experts (Data Scientists, Product Owners, creative profiles).
Business Development: Identify and design new digital services that generate revenue.
AI & Data Implementation: Oversee the deployment of practical solutions (predictive AI, automation) to optimize our processes. Comfortable with Databricks and Azure technologies (Pureview, Logic Apps, etc.).
Innovation Culture: Promote an entrepreneurial and “Test & Learn” mindset across operational departments.
Technology Watch: Maintain active monitoring of ConTech trends to keep SECO at the forefront of innovation.
Your profile:
Proven experience in a leadership role in innovation, digital, or data.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset: ROI-oriented, business plan-driven, and results focused.
Experience with the Microsoft stack (Azure, Databricks, Fabric, D365).
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary and creative teams.
Excellent understanding of the application of Artificial Intelligence to business.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both the Executive Committee and technical teams.
