Luxinnovation is seeking a Business Relationship Manager – Digital Solutions to act as Coordinator of the National Competence Centre (NCC) Luxembourg within the EuroCC initiative, a flagship EU programme under the Digital Europe Programme.
This role combines strategic business relationship management with national and European coordination responsibilities, positioning you at the heart of Luxembourg’s and Europe’s digital and industrial transformation.
MISSION
As Coordinator of the EuroCC / NCC Luxembourg, you will ensure the operational, strategic and ecosystem coordination of Luxembourg’s National Competence Centre for High‑Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced digital solutions.
You will:
Act as Luxinnovation’s single point of coordination for EuroCC at national and European level
Drive industry uptake, with a strong focus on SMEs
Ensure alignment between Luxinnovation services, LuxProvide capabilities, academic partners and European initiatives
Contribute to positioning Luxembourg as a trusted and visible player in the European digital ecosystem
You will report to the Director of National Business Relationship and work in close collaboration with internal teams, LuxProvide, the University of Luxembourg, ministries and European partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate (EuroCC / NCC Luxembourg)
Coordinate the National Competence Centre Luxembourg (NCC) in line with EuroCC objectives and obligations
Act as national coordinator and interface with European partners (EuroCC network, CASTIEL, Centres of Excellence)
Ensure coherence, quality and timely delivery of NCC activities (industry engagement, training, services, collaboration)
Contribute to EU level reporting, performance monitoring and KPIs, in collaboration with internal support teams‑level reporting, performance monitoring and KPIs
Support the definition and continuous update of the national NCC roadmap
Inspire
Organise and lead national and European workgroups on strategic digital topics (HPC, AI, advanced computing, data)
Contribute expert input to events, workshops and European coordination activities
Support communication and visibility actions highlighting Luxembourg’s role in European digital initiatives
Monitor market trends, EU policies and funding programmes relevant to digital transformation and HPC
Evaluate
Understand companies’ digital and innovation needs, with particular attention to digital maturity and readiness
Position and articulate Luxinnovation and NCC services clearly and consistently
Guide companies towards:
NCC Luxembourg services
Luxinnovation support instruments
European opportunities (EuroHPC, Digital Europe, Horizon Europe, DIH/EDIHs)
Support access to funding, R&D collaboration and proof of concept activities‑of‑concept activities
Connect
Build and animate a national ecosystem connecting:
SMEs and industry
Research organisations and universities
Technology and infrastructure providers (incl. LuxProvide)
European networks and initiatives
Facilitate cross sector and cross border collaborations‑sector and cross‑border collaborations
Ensure effective follow-up and coordination of activities through structured relationship management‑up and coordination of activities through structured relationship management
Support
Increase industry engagement, especially among SMEs
Drive conversion from awareness to concrete projects and services
Track and contribute to performance indicators
Work closely with internal teams and partners to integrate digitalisation and HPC into broader innovation strategies
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in science, engineering, digital sciences, mathematics or related field
Strong understanding of digital technologies (HPC, AI, data, cloud, industrial digitalisation) at a strategic and application level
Ability to translate complex technological concepts into business relevant value‑relevant value
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Excellent coordination, communication and facilitation skills
Structured, proactive and results oriented, with the ability to manage parallel priorities‑oriented, with the ability to manage
Fluent in English and in a second language between French and German. Luxembourgish is a plus
Experience in similar European projects represents a plus.
