Role overview

We are looking for a Lead Traffic Manager to define and drive our cross-channel acquisition strategy across web and app platforms.

This role goes beyond campaign execution: you will shape the acquisition vision, identify growth opportunities through deep market, search and data analysis, and translate insights into scalable, high-impact strategies across paid and organic channels.

You will own performance end-to-end, from market and demand analysis to strategic recommendations, budget allocation and operational execution.

What you’ll be driving

  • Own the acquisition strategy: Define, plan and execute scalable digital acquisition strategies based on business objectives, market dynamics, search demand and user intent.

  • Trend & Innovation Watch: Proactively monitor search trends, platform evolutions, emerging user behaviors and competitor strategies to continuously refine acquisition approaches and stay ahead of market shifts.

  • Run complex, multi-channel campaigns: Manage and optimize campaigns across search engines (Google Ads), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and programmatic platforms (Criteo, RTB House, etc.).

  • Optimize performance: Continuously analyze KPIs and user behavior to improve conversion rates, reduce CPA and unlock new growth opportunities. Test new channels, creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages.

  • Control budgets: Take ownership of media budget allocation and optimization, with a clear ROI and performance mindset.

  • Leverage data: Use analytics and tracking tools to identify performance gaps, optimization levers and technical improvement opportunities.

  • Make performance visible: Produce clear, insightful reporting and recommendations for key internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and influence: Manage and mentor a small team, translating strategy into operational excellence. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to improve acquisition efficiency through content, UX and UI enhancements.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Traffic Manager / Performance Marketing Lead

  • Strong expertise in SEA and performance-driven acquisition strategies, with good understanding of the SEO & GEO principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze search trends, user intent and market signals to drive strategic acquisition decisions

  • Hands-on mastery of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Similarweb, Meta Ads Manager and Excel

  • A strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data into decisions

  • High level of ownership, accountability and resilience, with the ability to manage pressure and key business KPIs

  • Curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to proactively leverage emerging trends

  • Fluent in English or French (German is considered as a plus)

Why you’ll love this role

  • Real ownership over acquisition strategy and performance

  • Exposure to strong, well-known digital brands

  • Space to lead, challenge the status quo and grow your impact

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
