HR Advisory & Projects Intern
This internship is designed for students seeking hands-on exposure to both operational and strategic HR topics.
You will join the HR Advisory team and contribute to activities across recruitment, training, HR advisory support, and HR projects.
A mandatory tripartite internship agreement provided by a school or university is required.
The starting date is as soon as possible.
Your Key Responsibilities
In recruitment, you will support the full administrative cycle of hiring, from interview scheduling and candidate communication to managing job postings and tracking tools. You may also contribute to candidate experience initiatives and employer branding efforts when relevant.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accuracy of recruitment data and trackers
Bring fresh ideas to attract and engage talent
On the training side, you will assist in streamlining the management of training participation and completion tracking. This includes working with our systems to ensure accurate follow-up and reporting on who attends what and when.
Support the automation of training attendance tracking
Monitor and report on training completion rates
Ensure data accuracy in training records and follow-up
You will also contribute to the execution of our recruitment strategy for a dedicated part of the organisation, helping to attract and secure the right talent. Beyond recruitment, you will participate in shaping key HR initiatives such as improving the onboarding experience, supporting performance management processes, or contributing to other strategic projects that enhance how we support our people.

Your Profile
We are looking for a student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to handle confidential information
A capacity to work in a dynamic, operational environment
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
Conversational French (fluency is a strong advantage)
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
