SECO Belgium is looking for an Operations Manager Management Systems for its Certification and Inspection department.

Your role:
You will manage the team and the operational activities of management systems, documentation and related tools, skills, compliance with deadlines and procedures, customer relations, budgets, compliance with standards and accreditation rules, the development of certification activities and the organisation of the department.
You will be involved in conducting audits of management systems relating to quality (ISO 9001), safety (VCA, ISO 45001), the environment (ISO 14001) and the CO2 performance ladder at construction companies, in the building materials sector and at service providers in the sector.
Your profile :
You have a good knowledge of QSHE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, ISO 45001, etc.) and at least 3 years of relevant experience as an external auditor;
You have at least 3 years' experience in team management, preferably in management systems.
You have an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
You are fluent in French and write fluently in both Dutch and English.
You have a valid driving licence;
You are able to work independently and as part of a team, respecting internal procedures and remaining impartial towards the customer;
