For its Certification and Inspection activities, Seco Belgium is seeking a Coordinator for management systems (ISO), CO2 performance scale, etc.
The Coordinator is an employee who exercises both intellectual leadership based on in-depth technical knowledge and functional leadership in one or more activities.
Your role:
You manage, actively direct and develop the business at all levels in order to respond to new trends and expectations in the construction sector (sustainability, etc.).
You determine how the business operates and propose the necessary support in accordance with accreditation rules, where applicable.
You manage tasks related to accreditation.
You ensure that the relevant people are properly informed, trained and qualified.
You coordinate internally and externally between all parties involved.
You carry out management system audits in at least one of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CO₂ performance scale in companies in the construction sector, in the building materials industry or among service providers in the sector.
You will report to management, the General Certification Management Committee or directly to the Executive Management.
Your profile:
You have in-depth technical knowledge of ISO 17021-1: 2015 and all complementary standards related to management systems (IAF) or similar, and you are passionate about accreditation.
You are fully familiar with specific standards and legislation related to quality, the environment and safety.
You are qualified to conduct audits of at least one of the following management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CO₂ performance scale. You have experience as an external or internal auditor in the construction sector or construction industry.
You are open to constructive discussion, demonstrate a team-player spirit and naturally unite teams around your initiatives and proposals.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team, in accordance with internal procedures.
You are fluent and write correctly in both French and Dutch; you have a knowledge of English.
