Rooted in the globally renowned Tomorrowland universe, the studio translates its distinctive DNA into exceptional architecture, interiors, furniture, and collectible design. In collaboration with Dieter Vander

Velpen, an architectural language has been developed infused with elements of Art Nouveau but in a very contemporary way, finding inspiration in nature, animals and certain creatures. In 2025 Morpho by Tomorrowland has been launched where this design language has been translated into furniture pieces, objects, lighting making this style come to life. Through storytelling-led design, we craft meaningful environments that inspire wonder, emotion, and connection. From luxury hospitality concepts and private residences to bespoke objects and immersive experiences, every project is designed to leave a lasting impression. As the first design studio born from a festival brand, Tomorrowland Design Studio is redefining how stories are translated into physical spaces. We are now looking for a Senior Architect to help shape the next chapter of our growth and elevate our international design ambitions.

THE ROLE

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary architect with a strong background in high-end

hospitality projects and a passion for creating extraordinary experiences.

• You are a designer, strategist, and project leader who thrives at the intersection of architecture,

storytelling, craftsmanship, and innovation.

• You understand how to translate a strong creative vision

into exceptional built environments and are excited to contribute to the evolution of Tomorrowland

Design Studio as a globally recognized design label.

• Lead projects from initial pitch and concept through design development, execution, and

completion.

• Translate the unique Tomorrowland Design Studio DNA into bespoke architecture and interior

design projects.• Develop innovative hospitality, residential, and experiential environments that combine

storytelling, aesthetics, functionality, and technology.

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project

phases.

• Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Oversee construction and site follow-up to ensure seamless execution and design integrity.

• Contribute to the evolution and development of the Tomorrowland Design Studio design

language and creative vision.

• Help identify opportunities and contribute to the studio's continued international growth.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master's degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading high-end hospitality, luxury residential, or experiential

design projects.

• Proven track record in delivering innovative, high-quality architecture and interior design

projects.

• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to transform ideas into compelling spatial

experiences.

• Passionate about design, storytelling, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful environments.

• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced and highly creative environment.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experienced across all project phases, including site coordination and construction follow-up.

• Skilled in SketchUp and AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks.

• Fluent in English.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
