SECO Belgium is looking for a versatile Support Engineer (Service Desk) to support our operations IT Team.
This position is not just about handling tickets — you help manage the core technology used by our experts in the field.
Your role :
Hardware Expertise: You are responsible for the hardware environment. From preparing high-performance laptops to maintaining diagnostic peripherals, hardware holds no secrets for you.
User Support: You assist our engineers to ensure they are never technically blocked in their work.
Asset Management: Inventory, deployment, and optimization of work tools and equipment.
Your profile:
Proven experience in a Service Desk environment with strong affinity for hardware handling and configuration (Min. 2 years)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Intune
Strong knowledge of Jira and Atlassian tools
Service-oriented mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Bilingual French with good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
Nice to have: Experience with software packaging, and centralized management.
