The Role

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding how a digital business operates, and contributing to its continuous improvement. In short: you help the organisation better understand its performance and support every team with the data and analysis they need to make better decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with different teams across the Group to analyse business performance, improve reporting and support operational improvements. You will have direct exposure to all four brands, contributing to both strategic reporting and day-to-day analytical support.



Your Missions


1. Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyse key business performance indicators (KPIs) across all atHome Group brands

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making

  • Support teams in tracking performance and identifying trends or improvement opportunities

  • Translate data into clear, accessible insights that help teams make better decisions


2. Reporting & Data Reliability

  • Help improve reporting processes and data reliability across all business units

  • Work with Finance and operational teams to support performance monitoring and forecasting

  • Contribute to business performance analysis and operational insights at Group level


3. AI, Data Activation & Operational Improvements

  • Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting data-backed improvements

  • Explore and prototype AI / ML use cases that could improve performance or operational efficiency

  • Support cross-team initiatives aimed at improving processes, tools and performance tracking

  • Contribute to deploying and improving data automation pipelines and analytical tooling

 


Your Profile


Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Data or Engineering

  • 0–3 years of experience (internships included) in business analysis, data, consulting, finance or operations

  • First exposure to a digital, marketplace, SaaS or fast-moving environment is a strong plus


Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable with data modelling and analysis

  • Familiar with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying and analysis is appreciated

  • Interest in AI and data tools, curious about new technologies and their business applications


Soft Skills & Mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable breaking down complex questions

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)

  • Curious, structured and proactive — you take initiative without waiting to be told

  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across multiple teams and brands simultaneously

  • You thrive in a fast-moving, data-rich digital environment
