Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an IT Administrative Assistant.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Acting as organizational support to the department management
Carrying out administrative tasks inherent to the department
Managing the scheduling of the support team in coordination with the service supervisor
Managing and administratively following up client contracts as well as the department’s offers and orders
Being the point of contact with the IT department’s suppliers and partners
Administratively managing requests for offers and the practical organization of the department’s training sessions in collaboration with the HR department
Managing and centralizing information, drafting information notes for the department’s internal communication, and working jointly with the company’s internal communication team
Providing active support in monitoring the department’s projects through organizing meetings and writing minutes and reports
Ensuring the replacement of other assistants regarding the management of the Management’s agenda and the physical and telephone reception of their contacts
Participating in the integration of new employees
*Your other missions
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
High school diploma or relevant experience in a similar position

2 years of experience in a similar role
