Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Internal Communications and HR Development Officer.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
--Internal communications--
Drawing up and implementing the company's general internal communications plan in collaboration with the Marketing & External Communications team
Define the content, tools and media for internal communication
Manage and lead the content of the company's intranet site
Create and supply the various communication media (newsletter, information note, presentation to staff, etc.)
Relaying the strategy and promoting the company's image to employees via the most appropriate communication channels
Support the reflection and ensure the deployment of actions inherent in change management within the company
Organising and coordinating internal events for staff, in order to strengthen cohesion, commitment and a sense of belonging among employees.
--HR Development--
Designing and putting e-learning training modules online, ensuring the creation and integration of interactive content linked to our digital training platform
Actively contribute to the development of the employer brand, by proposing and deploying targeted and innovative communication initiatives to enhance the company's appeal.
Implement and monitor partnerships, coordinating relations with educational establishments
Participate in organising and representing the company at recruitment events, such as job fairs, trade shows and initiatives to promote careers
Develop, promote and relay HR initiatives
Participate in the HR department's various projects.

Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role

3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Wordpress
Nice-to-have:
Expertise in specialised software for designing and integrating e-learning modules
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
Knowledge of Sharepoint
*Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
