Intern – Marketing & Communication (m/f/d)

This position would be integrated within the Marketing & Communication department by supporting the team in several different operational tasks.

Your main tasks:

• Content creation, especially for internal communication

• Support in internal communication and people initiatives

• Setting up presentations for internal and external events

• Support the team in digital marketing and social media activities

• Day-to-day management of Intranet and other channels

• Video production and editing

• AI communication and promotion

• Organizing webinars and video streams

• Occasional graphic design tasks.

Must-have requirements

• Studies in a relevant field (marketing, communications, public relations, business administration…)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint

• Multitasking skills, linked with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work unsupervised

• Video editing skills and social media affinity

• Being creative and result-oriented combined with having a good eye for appealing content

• Fluency in English and German is required. French or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.

• Availability for at least 4 months

• Experience with InDesign or Adobe would be considered as an advantage.
