How will you contribute?
· Lead renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.
· Coordinate the definition of requirements, define scenarios in close collaboration with stakeholders, supervise implementation, and manage the project through to final delivery.
· Identify and select suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and verify agreed services. Coordinate supplier contracts and public tenders.
· Represent LIST in its construction projects.
· Manage all project documentation, steering documentation, and periodic information.
· Communicate technical information to LIST partners and stakeholders. Ensure close, proactive, and effective communication and collaboration with LIST entities.
· Work in close cooperation with Infrastructure and HSE offices.
· Ensure that facilities developed in projects comply with government standards and regulations.
· Identify and implement improvements. Follow best practices in the field of infrastructure management.
· Be part of infrastructure 24/7 on-duty services.
· Timely addresses and resolves problems.

Education
· Diploma as Engineering or equivalent combined with at least 6-7 years of experience in the field.
Experience and skills
· Proven competencies on work organization and project management, knows how to define work plans, assign resources, and schedule tasks. Has a good sense of prioritization.
· Strong analytical knowledge, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prepare documentation in line
· with relevant situational requirements.
· Good knowledge of project management.
· Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Strong communication and presentation abilities in French and in English, in oral and in written.
· Good command of Microsoft Office and work specific IT-tools.
Language skills
· Fluency in English (and French), both oral and written. Knowledge of Luxembourgish would be considered as a strong asset.
