RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Logistics & Operational Support

• You take ownership of the full logistical organization within the Tomorrowland Thailand Travel program.

• You coordinate suppliers, manage orders, deliveries, material flows, and ensure all operational preparations run according to plan.

• You oversee all print production, signage, and physical communication elements, maintaining close alignment with the warehouse on material handling, stock control, and distribution.

Mobility & Visitor Transport Coordination

• Together with the Mobility Team, you ensure the efficient planning and execution of all transport operations for visitors who have purchased a travel package.

• You keep oversight, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and optimal visitor flow management.

Stakeholder & Supplier Alignment

• You maintain strong, continuous communication with both internal teams and external partners.

• You act as the central point of contact for all logistics and mobility‑related aspects within the Tomorrowland Thailand Travel operation.

Budget Management

• You assist in budget monitoring, cost follow‑up, and financial oversight to ensure efficient project execution.

MUST‑HAVES:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in event project management, logistics coordination, mobility planning, or a similar operational role

• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong eye for detail

• A passion for managing end‑to‑end operational processes

• Highly solution‑oriented

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team

• Strong planning and structuring capabilities

• Experience with budget tracking and cost control

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where deadlines provide motivation
