The Tomorrowland Music Cluster is the creative ecosystem consisting of the multiple music and artist focused departments within Tomorrowland. The Music Cluster includes Tomorrowland’s record label and publishing company (Tomorrowland Music), artist management and booking agency (One World Artists), radio station and media department (One World Radio), DJ Academy, and talent buyers of the Tomorrowland events. Together these teams support many artists globally at every stage and in all aspects of their career.

As Music Cluster & Studio Coordinator, you play a central role in the day-to-day coordination, organisation and energy of the Tomorrowland Music Cluster. You are responsible for the practical and administrative operations of a shared studio complex used by Music Cluster departments, artists and partners, while supporting the internal collaboration between the different cluster units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Studio Coordination & Operations
• Manage daily practical and administrative functioning of the studio complex
• Coordinate studio usage for artists, producers and partners
• Act as first point of contact for studio-related questions
• Ensure studios are organised, welcoming and running smoothly

Music Cluster Coordination
• Support the collaboration between Music cluster units
• Help manage shared agendas, planning tools and priority boards
• Assist with setting up internal meeting structures and internal workflows

Synergies & Initiatives
• Identify and support synergies between the different cluster departments and artists
• Help organize cluster events like listening sessions, showcases, artists or industry community events and moments

Artist & Community Focus
• Be present in daily studio life
• Support a positive, inspiring and collaborative environment

MUST-HAVES:

• Junior profile with strong motivation to grow
• Musical, producer or DJ background
• Passion for artists and music culture
• Organised, proactive and communicative
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Willing to work full-time from Antwerp
