Join our team and step into the heart of People operations of a major festival, where culture, organization, and employee experience come to life. We’re looking for a curious and driven intern to support the daily People routines, gaining hands-on exposure to the processes that keep a dynamic organization running smoothly. In this role, you’ll collaborate on administrative activities, help organize and analyze data, support key HR processes, and contribute to building clear, structured reports. More than that, you’ll gain a practical understanding of how the People function operates end-to-end — playing an active role in improving internal routines and enhancing the day-to-day experience of our team. Activities
Support the organization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of People databases and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
Assist with administrative routines involving contracts, documentation, and payment processes, helping keep operations running smoothly
Contribute to the structuring and organization of materials and data related to recruitment and hiring processes
Partner with the team to track, support, and enhance day-to-day HR operations and internal workflows
Requirements
Availability for a 2-year internship
With 2 years until graduation (expected year of graduation 2028)
Enroled in a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Strong attention to detail, with an affinity for working with data and numbers
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to structure ideas and deliver presentations
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced English and fluent Portuguese
What you need to know
Our office is located in Vila Madalena (São Paulo)
We work on-site, with Fridays as a home office day
The recruitment process includes an online profile assessment and a brief English validation in the first interview
The process will take around 4 weeks and involves interview with a partner, HR and your future team :)
