Join our team and gain hands-on experience in the Finance area that supports the delivery of our large-scale festival. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to help ensure our financial data, controls, and processes are accurate and well-structured. In this role, you’ll collaborate with different teams to gather information, maintain and update financial controls, and support day-to-day routines that are essential for smooth operations. You’ll learn how strong organization, reliable data, and careful analysis play a key role in enabling complex projects to happen successfully. Activities 

• Maintain and organize financial databases, ensuring records are accurate and consistently updated

• Assist in collecting and consolidating financial information from different areas of the company

• Contribute to the improvement and updating of spreadsheets, reports, and internal financial controls

• Extract, structure, and organize data from ERP systems to enable analysis and reporting

• Help prepare basic financial analyses and summaries to inform team decisions

• Review data for accuracy and consistency, helping ensure reliability across financial reports

  
  

Requirements 

• Availability for a 2-year internship

• With 2 years until graduation (expected year of graduation 2028)

• Enroled in a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration

• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables and data organization)

• Analytical profile, with attention to detail and being number driven

• Advanced English and fluent Portuguese

What you need to know

• Our office is located in Vila Madalena (São Paulo)  

• We work on-site, with Fridays as a home office day  

• The recruitment process includes an online profile assessment and a brief English validation in the first interview

• The process will take around 4 weeks and involves interview with a partner, HR and your future team :)
