Step into the legal side of the entertainment and events industry and build real-world experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our team across a variety of contractual and administrative activities. In this position, you’ll work alongside the legal team on day-to-day demands, gaining exposure to contracts, regulatory matters, and operational processes that are essential to delivering large-scale events. You’ll also interact with different stakeholders — such as suppliers, sponsors, and partners — developing a practical understanding of how legal supports business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, stay organized, and apply their legal knowledge in a hands-on setting.
Activities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, organizing, and tracking a variety of contracts, including those with suppliers, service providers, and partners
Help monitor contractual deadlines, document validity, and compliance with legal obligations
Support legal activities related to event execution, such as licenses, permits, authorizations, and insurance requirements
Contribute to the follow-up of administrative and judicial matters, working closely with external law firms and internal stakeholders
Conduct legal research across legislation, case law, and doctrine to support ongoing demands
Maintain well-structured legal files and ensure corporate documents are properly organized and up to date
Provide support on litigation-related matters in coordination with partner law firms
Requirements
Availability for a 2-year internship
With 2 years until graduation (expected year of graduation 2028)
Enroled in a Bachelor’s degree in Law
Basic knowledge of Civil Law and Contract Law
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Advanced English and fluent Portuguese
What you need to know
Our office is located in Vila Madalena (São Paulo)
We work on-site, with Fridays as a home office day
The recruitment process includes an online profile assessment and a brief English validation in the first interview
