Go behind the scenes of large-scale events and experience firsthand what it takes to bring them to life. We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive intern to support our Operations team across multiple fronts, from planning to on-the-ground execution. In this role, you’ll be immersed in the operational backbone of our events, working closely with different teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll gain practical exposure to logistics, administration, and real-time problem-solving — understanding how every detail comes together to deliver a seamless experience. Activities
Support the review, adaptation, and continuous improvement of operational guidelines and materials for internal teams, suppliers, and attendees
Assist in organizing, structuring, and analyzing operational documents, policies, and processes
Provide administrative support for international team logistics, including visa processes in collaboration with People and Legal teams
Contribute to the setup and organization of key operational areas (Back Office / Crew Offices)
Help coordinate and organize training sessions for teams and suppliers, ensuring alignment and readiness for execution
Support supplier coordination, including quote follow-ups and administrative processes such as onboarding, documentation, and payment tracking
Requirements
Availability for a 2-year internship
With 2 years until graduation (expected year of graduation 2028)
Enroled in a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Events Management, Tourism, International Relations or related subjects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and comfort working with data and numbers
Interest in event operations and logistics, with a hands-on attitude
Advanced English and fluent Portuguese
What you need to know
Our office is located in Vila Madalena (São Paulo)
We work on-site, with Fridays as a home office day
The recruitment process includes an online profile assessment and a brief English validation in the first interview
