Step into the fast-paced world of Ticketing and Cashless operations and experience firsthand how transactions and access shape the event experience. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the administrative and operational flow behind these critical areas. In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple teams — including Finance, Legal, People, and Operations — helping ensure information, processes, and controls are aligned and running smoothly. You’ll gain practical exposure to the behind-the-scenes routines that enable seamless entry, payments, and customer experience during large-scale events. Activities
Contribute to supplier administrative processes by organizing information for contracts and payments, including amounts, conditions, and invoices
Work alongside Finance and Legal teams to help ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
Assist in coordinating administrative routines for the operational team, helping streamline communication and information flow
Take part in People-related processes, such as opening job requisitions in the system and supporting onboarding activities
Provide day-to-day support to the Ticketing team, helping manage guest requests and keep operational reports up to date
Requirements
Availability for a 2-year internship
With 2 years until graduation (expected year of graduation 2028)
Enroled in a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Events Management, or related subjects
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong information management skills
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams and stakeholders
Comfortable working in dynamic environments, engaging with different people and areas simultaneously
Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in learning about event operations, ticketing, and cashless systems
Advanced English and fluent Portuguese
What you need to know
Our office is located in Vila Madalena (São Paulo)
We work on-site, with Fridays as a home office day
The recruitment process includes an online profile assessment and a brief English validation in the first interview
The process will take around 4 weeks and involves interview with a partner, HR and your future team :)
