We are looking for an HR Intern – Global Mobility to support our international team in managing visa and work permit processes. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment while being part of one of the most iconic festival brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Support visa and work permit application processes for international staff and crew
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. visa agents, legal, BOI)
Prepare and organize required documentation (passport copies, forms, supporting documents)
Track application status and maintain accurate records
Assist in preparing reports and updates related to global mobility cases
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Must-haves:
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Interest in international work environment and mobility processes
Available for an internship period of at least 3 months (or longer preferred)
