Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting an Airside Driving & Vehicle Access Administrative Assistant


Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Managing the administrative processing of airport driving permit applications (Airside Driving Permit A and B), coordinating the associated training, and organizing the issuance of permits in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, in compliance with airport requirements and applicable procedures

  • In coordination with the Airside Driving Operations Coordinator (and in their absence), monitoring A and B certification training

  • Managing, reviewing, and approving authorization requests for vehicles operating airside, coordinating related procedures with internal stakeholders (access badge office, security) and external partners (ANA CNS), and organizing the issuance of Vehicle Access Passes in coordination with the relevant entities

  • Ensuring administrative follow-up of vehicles, including regulatory and technical compliance, as well as updating related records and databases

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the Airside Driving & Vehicle Access scope


*Your other missions

  • Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities)

  • Participating in the integration of new employees 

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

 

Studies / training

High school diploma or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience

Initial experience in an administrative role is required

Experience in an airport, regulated, or operational environment is an advantage
