Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting a Deputy Maintenance Supervisor / Operational Support


Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basis in the following tasks:
    o Supervising, leading, and managing daily maintenance technician teams
    o Handling phone duty and managing intervention requests via CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
    o Coordinating, organizing, and monitoring service providers for outsourced maintenance and repair operations
    o Planning maintenance operations in alignment with airport operations while providing operational and technical support to team leaders and technicians
    o Monitoring the proper execution of maintenance operations and reporting to management using technical management software (CMMS, BMS – Building Management System, reporting tools, etc.)
    o Managing small improvement projects related to maintenance, equipment upgrades, or building renovations
    o Ensuring compliance with deadlines, procedures, and safety regulations
    o Managing the procurement of supplies and services necessary for team operations

  • Replacing the Maintenance Supervisor in their absence


*Your other missions

  • Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).

  • Participating in the integration of new employees 

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

 

Studies / training

Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience

Experience

5 years of experience in a similar role and in project and maintenance fields

Skills and knowledge required


*IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • German: independent level in a professional context (B2 minimum)

  • English: operational / working proficiency in a professional context (B1 minimum)
