To further support this growth and ambition, we are strengthening our Partnerships team with a Senior Partnerships Account.



YOUR ROLE:

As Senior Partnerships Account, you will be part of the global Sales & Partnerships team in Antwerp and report to the International Key Account Manager. You take a leading role in managing and expanding strategic (international) partnerships and act as a trusted advisor for both partners and internal stakeholders. You are end‑to‑end responsible for a portfolio of key accounts: from strategic positioning and negotiation to activation, follow-up, and evaluation. You combine commercial insight with creativity and a strong sense of brand experience.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Concretely, this means you will:

  • Actively contribute to the partnerships strategy for various brands and platforms, including Tomorrowland BE, Winter, Thailand and Brazil, CORE, DreamVille, Global Journey, …

  • Develop and deepen strategic long-term relationships by thoroughly understanding the business and brand objectives of partners.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow partnerships in value, relevance, and impact.

  • Collaborate with the Data Lead to explore how data can be integrated in a structured way within your accounts.

  • Lead complex projects from concept to execution, ensuring timing, budget, quality, and efficiency.

  • Analyze results based on data, insights, and feedback, translating them into concrete optimizations and learnings.

  • Act as a central link between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, solid briefings, and smooth cross‑departmental collaboration.

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, coaching, and the further professionalization of the team through your experience and maturity.



MUST‑HAVES

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have at least 6–8 years of relevant experience in partnerships, key account management, brand activations, or experiential marketing, preferably in an international context.

  • You think strategically but switch to execution effortlessly when needed.

  • You take ownership, dare to make decisions, and maintain oversight in complex trajectories.

  • Project and time management are part of your DNA.

  • You excel in stakeholder management and build trust at senior level.

  • You communicate clearly and convincingly in Dutch & English. French is a nice bonus!

  • You work in a structured manner, are strong with numbers, and appreciate clear processes without losing creativity.

  • You are flexible and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.

  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same and where passion and “make it happen” truly mean something.
