Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is therefore looking for a strategic and innovative Sales & Event Manager to lead our event operations and maximize revenue opportunities. As the Sales & Event Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, coordinating high‑end events, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your role will be essential in building strong partnerships, driving sales performance, and delivering world‑class event execution in line with the Tomorrowland brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, negotiate, and manage new business opportunities and premium partnerships.
Build strong relationships with hospitality partners, venues, promoters, and high‑end clients.
Manage VIP sales, group bookings, and exclusive event packages.
Event Coordination
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events in Ibiza.
Ensure that all Tomorrowland standards are met regarding experience, hospitality, production, and guest service.
Coordinate with production teams, venue management, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee event logistics, timelines, run sheets, and on-site operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and venue requirements.
Brand Experience & Communication
Safeguard consistent Tomorrowland brand identity across all events and partner activations.
Collaborate with Tomorrowland HQ to ensure alignment on creative direction and event concepts.
Support communication flows related to events, stakeholders, and VIP clients.
Performance & Reporting
Analyze sales performance, event profitability, and guest feedback.
Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the Ibiza nightlife and events scene.
MUST-HAVES:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Event Manager, or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in high-energy, high-volume nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment environments.
Strong track record in event coordination and sales development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage complex logistics and work under pressure during peak event periods.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during event periods.
